After the Drive

A grounding session to release stiffness from long drives or flights. Focuses on spinal mobility, hips, and gentle core activation to help you feel refreshed and rebalanced.

Hotel Room Core

A mat-based core session designed for small spaces. Emphasizes deep abdominal work, control, and breath without jumping or impact—ideal for hotel rooms or tight quarters.

Desk Reset

A short Pilates flow to undo the effects of sitting, meetings, and laptop work. Focuses on posture, shoulder mobility, and spinal alignment to restore ease in the upper body.

Evening Decompress

A calming, slow-paced session to help the body unwind after a full travel day. Gentle movement and breathwork support relaxation and better rest.

Reset. Restore. Return.

Travel Strength Challenge

No matter where life takes you, you can move with intention. The Travel Strength Challenge is a 5-day mini Pilates series designed for busy travelers—whether you’re in a hotel room, on a road trip, or taking a quiet moment at home. Use your bodyweight or enhance your practice with the Sage Pilates Kit for added resistance and stability.

Daily Sessions:

  1. Day 1: Core on the Go
Quick, focused core work to start your challenge strong. Use the Pilates bar for extra engagement if you have it.

  2. Day 2: Upper Body Reset
Release tension in your shoulders, arms, and back with this short flow. Optional resistance bands can add strength.

  3. Day 3: Lower Body Lift
Target glutes, legs, and hips with a travel-friendly session. Slant board or mat both work beautifully.

  4. Day 4: Full-Body Flow
Connect breath to movement in a complete body session. This one brings everything together for a smooth, energizing flow.

  5. Day 5: Recovery & Stretch
Gentle stretches to restore mobility and calm your body. Use straps or slant board for deeper stretches if available.
